Rien a signaler juste un petit plus sa aurais était super d'avoir des petit frigo dans la chambre mais sinon très bien placé , et le personnel bien accueilli rien a dire

Room was very clean. Good location for restaurants supermarkets etc. metro is very close to hotel. But a little far from the sites

Booking through Agoda turned into a nightmare. After two cancelled flights (circumstances beyond our control), we needed urgent assistance with our accommodation reservation (change/cancellation options). Agoda provided no effective help or reliable communication, and the hotel also refused to assist. Instead of support, we got silence, generic automated replies, and responsibility being shifted back and forth. If you expect customer service when something goes wrong, you won’t get it here.
