Rooms were clean, had great comforters, Toilet was well designed with traction for no slips. Downside is you need to leave the TV on to be connected to the wifi which might not be good at night when you just want to scroll on your phone.

The room door cannot be locked. The mini fridge is not working. The emergency light which is on all time is within the room. The shower head cannot be adjusted. The room and the lift both have mouldy smell.

I was disappointed with the way the male receptionist who doesn't look at you when talked. I wished him good morning to return the keycard, he doesn't even look at me and told me to just place it on the small tray. His expression was cool and ruthless. He needs re-training on hospitality subject and greet customers and perform better. If not, I would advise him to quit. I came to taiwan more than 20 times. Was my first encounter of such person. Truely disappointed.

I like how big it is and the location of the hotel. It was super near the night market and other stalls. Just small things to be concerned about are the dust in the TV, somehow there is a stain in the pillow case, found a feather?? in the bed, bath towel smell faintly smoke, and the hallway smells smoke. Otherwise this is an okay hotel. Seems pretty old but it has everything like hot shower, bidet, and slippers.

Good location , near to the night market and good room facilities. Although sound proofing might not be that ideal as the rooms are partitioned.
