22.03.23I stay 2nights here and when i check in they give me the bed in 4 beds all beds used and there is smoke on Window and drinks very mess and i told reception and the Asian guy with broken English told me ..its not like what i say but then the lady changed for me other room. But when i entry other room on bed was hair and under bed was use mask.i have no option to change other room bcos they told me full. Ok..then next day they keep one lady in room and this lady wanna window closed but for COVID situations and 3 of us need fresh air and that fat Asian guy with glasses keep tell me ..did i ask my roommate i wanna open! Omg...im the one who live in first and that lady when she wants open .she should ask us first..the receiption so non professional and non respectfully..i am not happy with him. And kitchen always super busy and dirty and room super small ..no place to sit or even straight your back when you sit on your bed. Thanks God im moving tomorrow and i hope their reception do what customer ask .not ask me why!! I paid for service not for answering your why.
