The room is old, stinky, dirty. Look at the photo of the bedsheets that I took, it’s unbelievable how disgusting it is. I couldn’t let my daughter lying down on it. I had to tell them change bedsheets, blankets, pillows covers. How can they get money from dirty rooms like this? Don’t they understand basic things for a hotel? On Agoda when I booked it said “pay at hotel when checked in”, but I got an email said pay 100% deposit. So I paid through the bank info they sent me in advance. Unfortunately, I had no chance to change my mind to go to different hotel. It’s not season for tourists, but we thought at least should have a restaurant in the resort open. No, there aren’t any available restaurants here. All are closed. Horrible experience. Definitely not recommended. Be aware if they ask you pay first.

It’s a hotel in middle of a ghost town. Totally deserted project with hardly any human to be seen. Worst is that this hotel has actually put a totally different name - Louis hotel. And I had to drive around the resort campus to find it. It’s a terrible mistake to book here. I would suggest anyone coming to this area. Don’t come. Don’t waste your time. Stay in hai phong city

Seems like very old resort and in poor condition. The hotel as such is good and rooms are great. But issue is what this entire project stands for. It’s totally a ghost town and even the hotel name is something else. We had to circle around the entire campus and then after asking many times we reached the hotel. I wish the resort was better taken care . Seems like crowd has moved to newer places and this place is no longer the star attraction like it depicts from the photos
