Stayed here with two friends of mine. After a misunderstanding about the booking on Agoda, the staff was very friendly and upgraded our room. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was tidy and large shower. Many amenities. Strategic position, next to markets and restaurants and places to take bus to and from Cat Ba Island. Ok value for money, not luxurious hotel but still worth and would highly recommend
