The place is nice but I don't recommend booking their villa w/o AC unit during summer days because it could really get hot and humid; the electric fan couldn't really keep up with the temperature rise.

Very disappointed. First of all the photos of the villa we had booked did not match with villa we got. the rooms were dirty with dead bugs on the sheets, there was also a cockroach in the room… for the price we paid we expected a lot more. The villa we booked was supposed to have air conditioning but there was just a fan.

Had only a problem with no water for a few hours but quickly resolved. I had the room all to myself haha owner is very approachable, kind, and humble, and his staff too forgot his name but starts with letter B sorry.

Very private. Very Filipino staying at a kubo and the place is quiet. I loved it

Good room, but no aircon. Pros: good room, not far from the beach, lush vegetation on the spot, friendly hosts, perfect coffee. Cons: no aircon, not on the beach, beach is good for surfers only because of waves and current.
