Good location away from town but close enough for a short drive to get there. Staff are amazing and on hand all the time to attend to your every need. Breakfast is fairly good, not a huge buffet but they have a breakfast menu to order off. Good quality food and very fresh, even have fresh juice made for you on request off the menu. Enough choice for a great start to the day. Building maintenance seems to be a little low on their priorities. A little over priced for what you get. The staff and management made up for any negatives we encountered

The staff were absolutely amazing at this place. All of them were so kind and willing to go above and beyond. The spa and massage were incredible. The food was great aswell. The only downside I will comment on was the rooms as they were a little run down. Our shower didn’t work and had zero water. I understand it’s an island and can’t expect high pressure but the shower dribbled. We had to visit another room each day.

I have an ADHD 6yo and he enjoyed our 1st visit in siargao thru our stay in siargao bleu! the staff, hotel and pool are very kid friendly. There are kayaks and floaties for kids, the pool has a shallow side with sprinklers, adequate powdery sand for my kid to play with. The resto has a superb cook and my picky kid enjoyed their siargao bleu burger and I loved their mud crabs. We weren't able to get the villas with bathtub but we loved our terrace view of the beach and the comfy queen sized bed. The in-house butler helped a lot especially in securing their impressive massage services. They cleaned our room daily and assisted in securing our island hopping trips. We will definitely be back!

The staff were very kind and accommodating, and the pool was truly beautiful,definitely the highlight of our stay ❤️ Our kids really enjoyed it, especially the large and relaxing pool area. We stayed for 2 nights in a floating villa and were really excited for breakfast, especially considering how expensive the room and villa rates were, but we were disappointed as many items were unavailable during our stay. The breakfast was not buffet style; instead, it was à la carte when there were few guests. However, even with the menu provided, most of the options were not available. Beef tapa and bangus were not even included in the choices, so the breakfast selection felt very basic and did not match the premium price of the stay. It would have been better if more standard Filipino breakfast options were available, especially considering the high rates. The villa was clean, but there were several issues that affected our comfort. The air conditioning was not cold, the WiFi was very weak, and the hot water in the bathtub was not very warm and took a long time to fill due to weak water pressure. There were also several broken or damaged parts in the villa, including the bathroom door, sink, and other fixtures that really need repair. We were also surprised that our 10-year-old child was charged an additional fee per night, which felt quite high compared to other hotels where kids are usually included depending on age policies. Instead of a fully relaxing stay, it became somewhat stressful due to these issues, although we truly appreciate the kindness of the staff,some even sincerely apologized for the missing items and room concerns. Overall, the property has great potential, especially with its beautiful pool and warm hospitality, but improvements in room maintenance, air conditioning, WiFi stability, breakfast quality and availability, and clearer pricing policies are needed to match the premium rates.

This place is beachfront with the best location and pool on the whole island. The place was really quiet and zen because it's a huge property. Staff were amazing too, they do their absolute best. But the price charged for the floating villas is not worth the value you get. They charge world-class luxury prices, but that's not what you can expect, at least when we stayed. The room was very basic. They don't have phones in the room; you have to message someone via WhatsApp for anything you need, but the wifi is a prepaid line, which was very unreliable. The guy you messaged wasn't very responsive, so naturally, he couldn't respond immediately. The whole system doesn't work when you are ordering food. The gym was listed as a facility; it was usable if you were desperate, but the equipment was broken/rusty. These points were all shared with the manager, who welcomed the feedback very graciously and apologised for the inconvenience caused. I was also told that a brand new fancy gym is underway, so that'd be a really great addition to the whole experience.
