We were welcomed with amazing staff and looked after very well with any problems or questions we had. The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfy, the toilet and shower had no problems and the pool was always clean and ready to take a dip. The hotel (in case of a brown out) had a back up generator which was very helpful for the warm nights. We would absolutely come back!

We stayed here for 3 nights as couple. Staff and front desk are super friendly and accomodating.. we did not have change for our tricycle on arrival and they lent us 100 pesos straight away..the next day again we did not have small change for tricycle and again they lent us 60 pesos. They really look after their guests here.. amazing.. We were given a welcome drink - fresh and cold coconut buko 😊 All staff we met were courteous, helpful and always ask if there is anything else we needed. The room was very clean and organised. You have everything needed from toiletres, untensils, towels, wifi, netflix, quiete working aircon, even different types of drinks available in the fridge. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a really nice balcony, the swimming although small is really nice, we enjoyed our swimming although no guard. They have free bicycles should you wish to use them. Evenings are quiete so you get a really good sleep. No restaurant onsite but breakfast provided in restaurant 2 mins walk away. You can choose from menu which breakfast you want cooked/served which we really liked and also enjoyed. They also helped us with our day tours. Overall, fanstatic place to stay, highly recommended. Not far to general luna close to cloud 9 Would definitely come back here!

Been in the Philippines for a month almost and this stay was the best without a doubt. The staff were exceptional. So kind, always reaching out and asking if everything is ok. Cleaning the room daily and making sure our stay is the best possible. Great rates for motorbike rental but we especially loved the free bike rental that the hotel guests have, such a great way to explore the island. The common area (pool and patio) is beautiful and just great to chill around. We extended our stay from 7 night to 9 nights because we just couldn’t leave. Have a lot more to stay about this absolute gem in Siargao. Definitely coming back. Thanks for the everyday smile on our face. Amazing hospitality!!! Highly recommend Kalipay Siargao❤️
