소엘리아나 리조트 - 시아르가오

I requested and booked for a room on the first floor to avoid bringing our heavy luggages on the second floor but upon checking in they gave us a room on the second floor. They didn't help us carry our big luggages to think they saw our stuffs and their stairs are steep as well. Had a hard time bringing all our things and dragging our luggages just to go to our room.

We booked 2nights stay and we didnt enjoy it. When we arrived we were told to have a free breakfast but the following day we waited 30mins for the breakfast before the tour just to informed we were not entitled, we booked rooms for the 1st floor but we were sent to 2nd floor w/o informing us. We requested room make up but we were declined also Value for the money 👎👎👎👎👎 Room and amenities 👎👎👎👎👎

I book for two rooms with a total of five but to surprisingly they still charge me for another payment for breakfast. The shower heads is not working well and the water is a bit saline (if I have my refractometer it would test it😅). The name itself, "resort" but no access to beach area or swimming pool.
