26.05.12 Great Location but Cleanliness Lags
The location is unbeatable with easy walkability and lovely views, complemented by helpful staff and reliable hot water. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired, and the pool facilities were disappointing. While amenities met basic needs, overall value felt average given these drawbacks.

26.03.31 We stayed for 3 nights including breakfast. First day of our stay, we found women's hair on the sheets, which were dirty around the edges, and immediately request for them to be changed. On the third day, after breakfast, our baby started vomiting and having diarrhea in the afternoon. Then at 10 p.m., my wife and I also started vomiting and having diarrhea. I remember we had vegetables, gado-gado, papaya, fried noodles, eggs, and a cup of very poor quality weak coffee for breakfast. Our baby ate a very small litter of papaya besides drinking milk, But all three of us got gastroenteritis.
