25.05.211층 카페는 이제 안하는거 같음 너저분함 처음에 여기가 맞나 싶음, 루프탑은 흡연할때 아니면 올라가도 의자도 더럽고해서 사용할 일이 별로없음, 방음은 잘되는건지 손님이 별로 없는건지 조용함, 전체적으로 깔끔하면서도 커튼에 보이는 곰팡이와 배수구 머리카락이 조금 거슬림

25.03.21I recently checked into B Arch Hotel on 20 March 2025 but was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. The room was not properly cleaned, which made my stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the air circulation system was terrible, making the room feel stuffy and unpleasant.
Due to these issues, I had no choice but to leave the hotel immediately after checking in. This significantly affected my experience and did not meet the standards I expected from your establishment.
I would appreciate your response on how you plan to address these issues. If possible, I would also like to discuss a partial refund or compensation for the inconvenience.
