The staff were friendly. Facilities like the pool and reliable WiFi and the water gets hot !

The bathroom could use some work. The toilet was missing the top to the tank. It often took multiple flushes to get the toilet to work properly. The furniture was old and worn and not inviting. I would not stay here again unless in an emergency.

It was fine, white girl at the desk was pretty rude, Indian lady came out and she was great

They charge my credit card and then showed me what the rates were which didn't match agoda's rates that I booked. And now my money is still sitting on hold waiting for them to release it. Really not happy with this particular hotel.

I rented this hotel specifically for the pool it's showing a clean pool in pictures in working order and I get there and my grandkids came amd were so sad and disappointed not with you but me because I told them there was a very nice pool. This ruined my grandkids easter!! I will be taking this to higher level and expecting a follow up from a supervisor!
