24.09.24Do not book. Inaccurate description of property and the most unhelpful team that will not acknowledge they have falsely listed the property. When we booked the two connected two bedroom apartments, they were listed as having air conditioning. Agoda has since fixed that on the listing after weeks and hours on the phone with them. In addition to that they do not state that the balconies are under video surveillance and closed through the evenings until 7am. If you are an early bird, don't expect to be able to enjoy coffee on your balcony. They were semi helpful with the Ants all over the rooms and did come the NEXT day to put out spray and bait. OVERALL terrible experience at what could have been an nice apartment if it was properly listed, and we knew what we were getting into.
If you do decide to book, go ahead and program this number in your phone to Agoda customer service, you will need it. 866-656-8207
