Really loved it, thank you very much

I booked here for 6 nights. There was a loud plumbing knock every minute during day and night. I notified the owner and he tried to fix it unsuccessfully and explained that knocking sound was due to the condensation in the heat pipe when season changes. I requested to switch to another room but he kept saying he will look to it. It was nightmares for the whole 6 nights with those knocking sound. Bad people

Mr. Werner made really good coffee for breakfast.This Hotel as and amazing view of the lake and breakfast was superb.We had a really good time in Iseltwald and I would highly recommend this hotel for a budget stay

A very pleasant experience of stay. Owners were really friendly and accommodating. Our room quite spacious and balcony has a very magnificent view of the lake. Downside is no elevator but the room’s view overly compensated the downside experience we had.

My daughter left an air pod, t shirt, pant in the hotel room. I called hotel several times but nobody picked up. Nobody even called me. There were mosquitoes and insect and cockroach in the room.
