everything was good. Specially free shuttle service and room river view was very good

Clean, friendly staff, great location. While we were there, they were in a process of renovations, so the pool wasn't available, and it strongly smelled like chemical glue in lots of areas in the hotel.

I chose this hotel because of the location (close to downtown and the river). It was perfect to get around places! I walked for supper to the Cathedral Social Hall one evening and the following day on my run saw several other places I could have gone to eat as well! The pool/hot tub were unfortunately under construction during my stay but I was offered leisure passes to other locations if I wanted. I did not eat at the hotel but the restaurant looked lovely and also has an outdoor seating area with a partial riverside view. For the extremely modest price, this hotel was definitely worth it—friendly staff, clean room, and wonderful location if you’re looking for lovely scenery right across the street. The lobby area had a faint smell of smoke, perhaps from back in the day, but overall I would recommend this hotel.

The staff was very good. Facilities were fine. The climate control in our room did not work well. Great location.
