Good staff service and facility

Dirty sleeping area, unfriendly staff, lots of smokers in the hotel, rooms with different pictures, gloomy atmosphere, unhygienic I didn't rest here, I packed all my things. The smell of cigarettes also affects the elderly. I need a refund.

Went early,was told the room was not ready yet and only ready after 2pm,I understand so went for lunch first before returning at 12pm.Sit for 2 hours in the lobby,there is no one checking out mean my room is already ready but they refused to check me in earlier.Not asking for check in earlier like 2 hours but at least half or 15min earlier is a good gesture since they know I have been sitting there for 2 hrs.Basic room and for people who hate smokers or with kids,do not book this hotel as looks like they attract low end travellers who smoke in stairs case,lift and sitting outside the lobby

Great staff! Very polite and helpful. For the price, the place clean and well centered for the location. I will definitely go back!

Located next to the Chinese school and aurrounded by dozens of motorbike dealers. Not the best location, but a great value for the price.
