We haven't seen the hosts, all communication was via phone or WhatsApp. But it was nice and simple. The apartment had everything we needed during our stay: kitchen, washing machine, iron, drying hanger. Well, we came by a car and there were no free parking slot in the area. But right next to the apartment is a paid parking lot where you can always find a free space. We were at the low season, so they were charging 15€ per day and also packages are avalible: 25€ - 2 days, 35€ - 4 days, longer periods were available too. Location is great in a quiet neighborhood, while all the cafes and restaurants are within walikng distance with kids.
