Location is fantastic just alight from Line 1 Ding A station exit A and walk about 10 minutes to the hotel. Lots of eateries along the way. The hotel is very near to West lake. I have stayed in this hotel several times whenever I came to Hangzhou and I enjoyed my stay. Thanks

남송 위제와 서호의 중간지점에 있으며 무엇보다 편리한교통 다양한 항저우 특색의 먹거리가 풍부한 식당이 주변에 많습니다 위치는 중산중로 길따라 움직이시면 쉽게 찾을수 있는곳 부담없이 1~2일 편안하게 쉬기엔 최상임 화장실과 샤워실은 4인실마다 개별식이라 더욱 나은조건임

The reviews in agoda and *** say many good things abt this hotel but it was contradicting to my experience. The photos are not well taken so it doesn't show clearly that the mattress was brown, there were left over soup in the trash bin and pillow was so horribly thin and yellow. I decided to check out right away. The staff alsp doesnt look surprised and neither did he asked me why. I book another hotel and for abt sgd10 more per night, I get a Smart room, very clean environment, clean firm bed and clean pillow. That hotel is also very near ***. Its called ***.

1. Although there are signs that smoking is not allowed. The corridor reeks of cigarettes and there are lots of cigarettes butts at the front desk area too. 2. Bathroom reeks of garlic and choked filthy drains. After we showered, the bathroom is alright. However, the next day after we come back after a day's outing, the bathroom smells again. This repeatedly happened during our 3 days stay. 3. Items in the room are on the pass beyond their useful life. Hair dryer operates for maybe 30 seconds and stop. Wait 2 minutes, operate for 30 seconds and stop. Got another hair dryer from front desk that's half functional (with a sticker that says "expensed off" in accounting terms) but at least able to dry our hair. Mattress seems like some discarded quality with some textile covering some areas. At least the sheets are clean. Bathroom gets choked few minutes after using. Got to rinse our feet after getting out and let the water slowly drain away. 4. Bottled water provided only on first day. No water dispenser available. Not a big issue as there are mini marts nearby. Got 5 litres water for CNY 9. Overall, do not recommend this place. Photo shown a big front view. The place seems to have downsized by 2/3 with a small entrance. Staff friendly enough and helped to bring luggages down the stairs and booking of cab.

Housekeeping & room cleaning didn't happen everyday. The location is good as food hunting is not an issue with a KFC nearby, Luckin Coffee, Cotti Coffee, halal and non-halal restaurants. The Ding An Metro station (Line 1) is about 10 minutes walk & you can get to the Xiaoshan International Airport which is about 23 stations away from Ding An for just RMB7.00. East Railway Station to cities like Shanghai, Nanjing, Ningbo, Hefei, Wenzhou is also on this line 1. I was allowed to check out after 12.00pm, at my own pace. Considerably good!
