The rooms and beds were VERY comfortable and nicely decorated. Ever member of staff we spoke to was friendly and helpful. Not in the central part of town but near the zoo and convenient to the train. Check in desk is a little out of the way in the restaurant between the host desk and the cafe.

Boutique hotel with small rooms but most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Cozy place with great (albeit busy and expensive) breakfast/brunch restaurant in lobby. Neighborhood upscale but quiet. Good for shopping, less so for clubs and trendy restaurants. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for three nights. It's a beautiful boutique hotel in a great location close to everything but the rooms are quite small and missing simple things like fridge. The room gets extremely warm as there is no air conditioning unless you're on the 5th floor. This would be fine if the fan actually worked but it didn't do much. When you tell the staff at the front desk, most just like laugh as if to say it's normal since it's summer...The fans need to be fixed to go faster or air conditioners should be installed. Other than the heat, it was a lovely stay. Lots of potential
