AMC 아파트 - Ku'damm

Overall we satisfied with the apartment that located very near to Guntzelstr U Bahn station. However, upon checked in, we found that pipe connecting to washing machine leaked that flood the bathroom floor. We called the management asking to change the apartment but they cannot accommodate our request and will send a repairer in the next day. The repairer came in the next day but had not brought the right part for the replacement. Thus, he came again the following day which was our 3rd day staying there to fix the issue. We were quite suffering because prior to this stay, we have travelled for 4 days and planned to wash our clothes there, but the washing machine was not available and only be fixed on 3rd day of our stay where we checked out on the 4th day to return to our home

The hotel is very good location. There is near the supermarket and restaurant. And it is very convenient to cook something to eat.

everthing is nice, just the cupboard are not cleaned. The floor in teh buliding could be a bit cleaner.

체크인 힘들고 머무는 숙소와 체크인하는 곳이 15분 정도 걸어가야했어요 무거운 캐리어를 가지고 이동을 했으나 헐.. 엘리베이터 고장!!! 4개의 캐리어를 가지고 올라가야했고 9일을 머물렀는데 화장지랑 수건은 부족했어요 청소랑 이용 물품을 추가시 추가비용이 발생했어요 담엔 그냥 airbnb 이용하지 싶어요

Only acceptable thing is the location. We have been given a defect room with blocked shower drainage and broken mattresses (you can see clear U-Shape of the mattresses, the middle part is sunk, the mattress is old and having loud noise from the springs if you make a tiny move on the bed) and the staff insisted that there is no problem with the room, refuse to change our room and refuse to refund as well even if we beg them that we want to check out and move to other hotel. We couldn’t take shower after 25 hours flights and till now (the next day nearly 1400 hrs in the afternoon) it’s more than 35 hours because they still haven’t fix the shower and refuse to let us go to other place. Don’t stay here at all. It is a disaster and a nightmare.
