Nice place but rooms are small somewhat. We didn’t need big as we were out most of the time. Hosts are friendly and Dia speaks good English. They are flexible in cleaning. We wanted only Friday mornings after we woke up late. No problem. This is the north-east quadrant of the old city. There are a few bars and restaurants near like 3 minutes walking and two directions to get to either the north or east canal roads. A walk to the old city center is around 12-14 minutes with shops and restaurants all along the way. You have: Thai 1 on. Bar and restaurant The Bunker Bar and restaurant with Trivia on Monday nights and murder mysteries. The Globe Bar and restaurant All are super close. But this is Chiang Mai with a thousand massage, bars, restaurants and billiard tables everywhere. I suggest on Thursday nights going to the…..Paapu House! Live music inside and a nice place. Chiang Mai is a city of live music everywhere and usually it’s 3 bands at each place. If you don’t like the first one, well….

Back again to one of my favorite communities in Old City. This place still good for the price and the host it’s very nice.

Quite little place with about 5 rooms. Food, laundry, bars and massage right out your door. Very friendly community.

My mate and I stayed in this stacked dwelling. It's private "room" pods were sufficient to my human needs. They provided adequate space to sleep, hunt, and fornicate.

We stayed for 3 nights. 1. Location is well within the old city, and near to the perimeter. However, the neighbor property is currently under renovation (even on weekends morning). So it might be noisy and dusty. 2. There are 4 rooms, 2 on first floor, 2 on the second floor. There is no lift. 3. There is no daily housekeeping, and as the lady is the owner's mum who is quite an elderly, we normally bring down our used towels in return for the new replenishments from her. 4. The wifi connection is unstable, especially from the evening onwards. 5. There is only 1 pillow for each person, but luckily its softness and height are ok with us. The bed is fine too. 6. The landlord is kind enough to let us check-in earlier than the stated time since the room is ready. In general, we think it is value for money.
