If the laundry was open at weekends and there was some sort of breakfast/tea l/coffee in rooms, it’d be perfect. The gentleman on reception was a lovely guy

The owner would not tell me the room number until repeating questions: do you agree no animals or pets, no smoking weed, non-smoking room, where is your husband. I avoided the personal questions. He said "oh your husband is gone, so sorry. Meeting someone then? You are mine for 2 days with me haha. Beautifulroom # for you". Vomit. I didn't notice until leaving, a bright lime pair of someone else's panties under the broken microwave and there was some white sand-looking stuff in the corners of an ice bucket. Idk what it was, but the place was not clean. Bed was the loudest ever. When I asked for towels, he waited at the laundry room insisting I bring the dirty ones down to him. He hovered around prior to checkout and was overall a creep with a dirty hotel.

I know this is a Motel In but please don’t hire people you doesn’t know any customer services quality. No phone etiquette, not polite, doesn’t know to speak in English and mostly rude! Refund my money back because I choose not to stay there!

The room is old needs to be updated, bathroom is tiny, bed not comfortable, room seems and feels dirty.

It’s not aware that there was no pool available under construction
