I booked this hotel through Agoda for 4 days, but my experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, there was no one at the reception. I had to speak with the manager by phone, and he said he manages the hotel through cameras. The room I booked was not available, and they gave me a different room that was much smaller and very dirty. The hotel also claims on Agoda that parking is available, but when I arrived, I was told that parking is not allowed. This was very misleading. Because of these problems, I had to book another hotel. Unfortunately, I did not receive any refund for the 4 days I paid for. Very unprofessional service and false information. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
