26.02.27 Mình đi cùng người lớn và nhiều con nít nhma dc hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình. Khách sạn mới, nội thất đẹp, hợp vibe mình lắm. Có thang máy và sảnh to rất phù hợp cho người lớn tuổi di chuyển. Vị trí gần trung tâm thuận tiện cho việc đi lại. Ưng lémmm, sẽ quay lại nè

25.11.24 I have 2 bookings . 1 for my family and 1 for my friend’s family at this hotel from Agoda and paid full room charge. I used to stay here before and see it is good that I wanted to stay again this time and adviced my friends stay here too. I understand the cancel policy, so I don’t concern the procedures. This time we cannot come to Da Lat because of on those days the traffic/streets to Da Lat had issue of damages and many suggestions should not to come from my hometown in Dong Nai to Da Lat as it will be in danger when travel to. I had contact with the hotel asking for help to change the date for my coming later in Dec if possible when Da Lat is safe to go to but there is no feedback from the hotel. I know it is not the issue of Agoda or the hotel but in this case I wish the hotel can help me to change the date but no feedback. If can it is good. If not it is still be ok with me when I paid all the room and will not stay with the reply from the hotel. I just concern on the communication from the hotel to their costomer only. No answer my email asking for help or enven when I cannot come on the day, there is no call from the hotel to double check if we come late or not come. Any way I just give a comment for the hotel better. Not have any other purpose. I paid for room and cannot come to stay is ok with me.
