The host family has been very accommodating and helpful to us. We were upgraded to a larger room and could leave our stuff there when we went on an excursion to Bac Ha. The windows in our bedroom are big and bring lots of light, this obviously comes with hearing the traffic from the road, but it's not a busy road. They also can sort the laundry for you.

The hotel does not provide tax invoices or receipts, and the location is quite remote.

The room was clean and spacious. The host was nice. Feels like home!

This is a great place to stay. Rooms are spacious and a short walk to the main shopping area. Hosts are super friendly
