Tubotel Sapa

Wow what can i say except don't waste your time or money the worst place I have stayed ever. From booking in the receptionist was extremely rude and confrontational. The listing said the room comes with breakfast, NO IT DOESN'T, THERE IS NO AMENITIES FOR BREAKFAST. the pool is a discrace i wouldn't even paddle in it, the rooms were damp and smelly i say rooms as we were moved 3 times. Just after we unpacked we were asked to move room as they allocated the wrong room. 2nd room shower did not work and no hot water, 3rd room was the dampest out of the 3, the resort has just been left to rot, no maintenance, staff on reception just played on their phones no care about guests. In fact we were the only guests there. We asked again about breakfast next day, again staff argumentative about it, asking us to prove we were entitled to free breakfast, which we did and they said we can't have and to call Agoda and take it up with them, which we did and agoda spoke to reception. They still refused us breakfast. So we checked out and got a refund and got a better hotel for less in a better location and it was perfect.
