We arrived early morning & they allow you to leave your luggages & take shower before the check in time. The coffee shop has some really nice coffee & tea while watching the train. Make sure to secure your table for that best view shot. We had a great breakfast, Vietnamese style. The staff offers assistance & information all the time.

The location is fantastic. It provides a stunning view for the guests. It’s also very near the Sapa Station and the plaza area. We had a great stay.

Despite being a bit pricey, I'd recommend this hotel – the value is worth it. The views from the window are stunning, the rooms are clean, and the staff are accommodating. My only disappointment was the cafe, which had a water leakage issue due to the rain, making it unsafe, especially for taking photos near the stairs."
