i chose pay by card, but the property asked me to transfer money directly. the staff were extremely rude, knocking on my door at 10:30am for the room, disregarding Agoda policy the room doesn't have heater, only cold air conditioner the bathroom door was broken, exposing the bathroom to the main room the staff were rude when i requested a changed room the room doesn't have noise insulation, extremely noisy, i couldn't sleep
