We had no complains. Staff was awesome even thou we moved middle of night to this hotel due problems on the other one!

Clean and friendly Great location But loud Only downside was pool wasn’t open /not happy about that

This was a lovely hotel with very attentive and helpful staff who helped book us transport during the very busy National Day. We enjoyed a fabulous breakfast buffet. However, we were given a room on the 6th floor which whilst having wonderful views of the church and a balcony was a challenging climb up the stairs each day (especially after being exhausted from jungle trekking with our young boys). We also booked this hotel on the basis that it had a swimming pool for our boys to relax in the evenings. However this was in a separate building a few blocks away so not conveniently accessed and we were told we wouldn’t need to take towels as we’d be provided with these and changing rooms. However, once we’d been shown up to the top floor pool area this was deserted and appeared somewhat neglected, there was no where to change nor any towels. We walked back to the hotel in wet clothes. This should be made clear in the hotels details.

일단 엘레베이터가 없습니다. 같은 회사에서 운영하는 호텔이 이 호텔 맞은편에 또 있어요. 엘레베이터도 있구요. 직원들이 친절합니다. 성당뷰이긴 한데 기대하진 마세요. 나무에 가려져서 잘 보이진 않습니다. 그리고 새벽부터 성당에서 종소리가 시작되어서 모닝콜이 따로 필요없습니다. ㅋㅋㅋ 아침 일찍부터 스케쥴이 있으면 추천드리나 전날 술 많이 드시고 푹 주무시려는 분들에겐 비추천이에요.
