This part of the property is much newer compared to the family rooms. The aircons were cold, the rooms were clean, and the bathroom was nice with a hot shower.​ However, I did see a full-grown flying cockroach in the room, which unfortunately disrupted our sleep. I also noticed that the free coffee sachet provided was already opened when we arrived. Overall, the newer rooms are definitely better and more comfortable, but there are still a few things that management should improve.

Good option if you’re on a budget and plan to be out most of your stay. The family room is obviously old, parang old house style talaga, especially the bathrooms but it’s spacious. I wouldn’t say it’s spotless, but cleanliness was acceptable for the price. Just manage your expectations: water pressure isn’t great and there were times na nawalan talaga ng waterwe also experienced a broken aircon during our stay. Overall, okay for budget travelers, but don’t expect hotel-level comfort.
