26.04.30Stayed here for 1 night only but the room was very clean and service was excellent. The owner is a very kind and helpful man, he made a few suggestions of places to eat nearby. Absolutely recommend this place!
26.03.03 I booked his place on the day of my stay. I chose this one since it's near the airport. When I arrived at his place, I learned that the gate closes at 10pm. I cannot go out beyond 10pm since no one will be there to open it for me (which was not stated in the description of his place). Since my purpose of staying there was to fetch someone at the airport who will arrive at about 11 pm, it defeated the purpose of staying there since I can't get inside anymore once I go out beyond 10pm. Or they could have given or lent me the keys instead so I can get inside beyond 10pm. I asked him if it's ok if I'll just cancel my booking since it didn't meet my purpose of staying at his place. He didn't allow me stating that I booked from Agoda, and Agoda was the only one allowed to refund my payment. I explained that he could give me the refund then Agoda will pay him. As simple as that. He reiterates again about Agoda is the only one who can refund me blahh blah blahh. He was very inconsiderate. I ended up staying at his place alone and my friend had to find another place to stay. The next day during checkout, I told him my friend's flight was cancelled even it didn't so I don't need to explain further. Crazy.
