This hotel was a bit off the highway which was excellent for my needs of taking a road trip for child visitation sharing. I had been driving for about 6 hour straight when I arrived after 4pm. I found the hotel easily and checked in in under 5 minutes. Staff told me the room was on the back side so it would be quiet. It still was not quiet. I tried napping but coukd hear every time the maid outside pushed their trolly back and forth outside the door. I could hear the cars driving by on the roadway outside too. Maybe if I could go back I'd have asked for an upstairs room on the back side of the hotel. The room was very clean and there was a really nice large framed picture of Old oak trees on the wall that I just loved. The bed was firm which I don't like and the pillows were huge and super soft. So soft I even took a picture to try and order them for myself at home. There was a nice sitting couch and a table. There was a bigger than usual refrigerator and a microwave. I didn't watch or check the TV but there was one. And there was a mini coffee pot for one. Everything you could need if you were staying a few days. I appreciate the convenient location and the cleanliness. The front desk was very friendly and easy to understand. It doesn't look like much from the road way appearance wise but it was a great value for the price I booked on agoda. I am thankful the good reviews helped me find it. 👍

killed roach, load road noise, AC never got cool enough

There are cockroaches all over the room and some bugs identified on the bed.

When you book online they don’t say anything about a deposit but when you get to the hotel they ask for a 100 deposit for damages ok I have no problem with the fee but explain this before someone books the room

Great location for shopping and restaurants. But the parking is always a problem. I state my special requests but they are never met.
