Good facilities and location in historical center. The problem is the shower, when you're showering, the entire bathroom floor fills with water

Pros: Good location. Big airy room. Helpful staff. Especially Mr Nandu who was very helpful. Big plus is it has a bidet. Cons: The rooms can't be accessed easily. You have to check in at a hotel 200 mtrs away and they will give you the keys. The room is on 3rd floor. The lift fits barely 2 people. Most of the time the lift was stuck on the 2nd floor and we had to walk up or down. The room is a bit rundown. There is no proper bed. Just 3 camp cots with mattresses. We started having back problems as we are not used to camp cots. The bathroom is ok but the shower handle keeps falling off. Also there is a cupboard with hangers but no place to hang used towels or clothes, inside the bathroom or in the room. Definitely not a very comfortable stay for us.

I'm not sure how a reputable company like Agoda has places like this as part of their listing. It's most probably Agoda being unscrupulous and cashing in.
