Grand Royal Hotel

Every thing was easy and simple starting with check in till my check out. It was clean, stuff were so decent and I really loved the place

I have stayed here 7 nights. The location is Great. The price was the lowest in Downtown Cairo. I recommend this hotel for them who want to stay at Downtown Cairo at Low Price.

Except for the construction outside the hotel, everything else is very good, clean, and breakfast is included. The geographical location is very convenient to go anywhere.

We stayed here for 1 night as our bus to Luxor was the next day. the room they provide was triple room where ours one was for double room and the room GOSH! It was dirty, old as hell and no water, slippers or anything. so much noise of people besides the window as the building is on renovation or sth idk. ac was not working properly, and the floor felt as if anyone could drop at any time, with so many cracks in the floor. also i mentioned several times that our bus is the next morning 9 am, can you pack the breakfast for us? They agreed and then the next morning, when we asked for the parcel, they took my partner after waiting 15 mins and showing that the eggs were boiling. We waited 30 minutes, and they handed us 2 yogurts with a poly bag:v like seriously!! Whenever they said breakfast time started at 7 am. They were not even sorry, the person stay in front desk was always busy with his game and reels. They should behave professionally. This is not Hotel must say.

Would stay here again. The room was basic but it was clean, the beds were comfy and the staff were helpful and friendly. It was a perfect location for exploring downtown Cairo. Very good value for money especially if you’re on a tight budget!
