Check in took too long and we were the only one checking in. The studio this time was next to kids play ground with a view ro the pool. Spacious studio with kitchen/fridge, bathroom a bit small and a big terrace. Food was great as last time, maybe this time the dessert in the evening were more.or less the same. Kitchen staff very polite and Friendly. Waitress respected our privacy, but could had maybe paid a bit more attention. No issues with shuttle service or tickets to Aqua park. Food court at the beach is good and enough sun beds.Thebeach is better than many in Hurghada and I enjoyed swimming there without walking for ages in shallow water. Good service at the pool bars, beautiful garden and friendly staff. Our room boy Kareem was very friendly and took care of every. There where some issues with hot water that was fixed.Could be nice if the water pressure be a bit better when showering. I prefer Saraya palms to Saraya Resort as the food is better and staff more friendly.

مقابله سيئه من موظفي الاستقبال طلابتنا لا تستجاب الغرف غايه في السوء حيث انها مليئه بالحشرات والأبراص قله الاكل من حيث الكميه وكما ان جودته سيئه المعلومات الكاذبه المقدمه لموقع اجودا حيث ان الفندق ليس ٤ نجوم بل ٣ بعد البحر والاكوا عن الفندق بمسافه كبيره جدا عدم انتظام مواعيد الباصات الازدحام الشديد جدا داخل الاكوا بسبب استقبال عدد كبير جدا من خارج منظومه فنادق جاز عدم توافر اي أنشطه داخل الفندق يوجد ٢ حمام سباحه صغير الحجم جدااا سوء معامله سائق الباص حيث انها باصات مؤجره وليست تابعه للفندق ولا انصح بهذا الفندق أبدا

Far from the beach, shuttle to the beach is only few times per day. Food is mediocre and rooms are old. Some of the stuff are rude others were fine

Good size of resort that offers all one needs. With the shuttle bus one even has the option to visit the aqua park or go to the beach. Food and drinks very good. The whole resort super clean and friendly staff. More for people who look for a peaceful abd quiet place to stay at. If you have a car, great parking.
