알바트로스 아쿠아 파크 리조트

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was an amazing experience. The hotel was beautiful and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and professional, especially Ahmed Eid at the reception, who was very helpful and kind during our stay. The hotel offered many entertainment activities, especially for kids, including a kids club, a large amusement area, parties, and a huge aqua park. The resort was actually made up of 3 connected hotels, and guests were allowed to move freely between them. There were 6 restaurants with a great variety of delicious food. The beach was also wonderful. There was a shuttle bus every 30 minutes to take guests to the beach, and the sandy beach was clean and very beautiful. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to visit again!

The staff were extremely rude apart from the bartenders. Not considerate at all, they lie, made us pay extra for a child even though he was on the booking but didn’t even consider it was an error from the agency. Charged a child full price as an adult but his limited to sharing a room. Right at checkout the phones kept going off and staff already waiting at the door for us to leave even though we had 3 children under the age of 3. Very slow service at the restaurants, they spoke their own language amongst each other when we asked to change rooms because they gave us a garden view room full of mosquitos when booking said pool view. As soon as we went to the lobby on the day of departure one of the staff kept following us to removed our wristbands. Really put our mood off and would only hold back from revisiting because of the poor customer service and lack of compassion. Otherwise hotel is nice and food wasn’t bad. Limited drink menu. SPA staff also rude and selective. Wasn’t fan of the people managing the kids club because it was quite hot and I had 3 children under the age of 3 who couldn’t use the kids heated pool because a child had an accident so we went to the kids club to pass time and they said we couldn’t sit inside because their doing bubbles outside. No one bothered to greet our children or play or try to connect with them. They were too busy talking to each other.
