26.05.22The location is great, within 10 mins walk to Hualien Bus station and Railway station, which is convenient for guests to get to different attractions in Hualien. This hotel also offers free coffee and snacks to guests. Nice and Clean room.
However, there is no lift in the building and staff were not on site 24 hrs. They work between 3pm to 8pm only.
26.05.07 This place Is walkable distance from both bus stand and train station. Staff were very good and helpful. Rooms are exactly how it is showed in the picture. The only demerit is room is little smaller. If u are staying for 3-4days you might feel congested. Overall i ll give 4.5 out of 5
26.04.02 Great location and genuinely friendly staff definitely met our expectations.
Sadly, our room had significant mould throughout — sink, shower, walls, and ceiling — and a borrowed umbrella was so rusty it fell apart in hand.
The hotel has potential, but maintenance needs serious attention. Currently would not recommend

But the service is superb would definitely recommend this hotel. I like the environment and opp have washing services too. Near hualien train station.
26.01.02 Room is what the price is for. This is a minus.. efforts by the accoms to make the place romantic, nice, and comfy, like asian home..
Shower curtains has quite a lot of mould, like palm sizess.. shld clean or change once a while.. even spraying mould removal will make the place x 10 cleaner feel.
