26.05.16I experienced two cold showers during my stay. Although staff insisted the water was “hot,” it was only room temperature, which is unacceptable—especially when nights in Sevilla were around 10°C. Their response felt dismissive, and the alternative bathroom had the same issue.
The bed smelled unpleasant and only had a thin blanket instead of a proper duvet. Breakfast was very basic (just bread, cereal, instant coffee…), so we didn’t use it.
26.05.10I got a single room which is of good size and comes with a sink in the room for convenience. However, there is only one bathroom per floor where the toilet, shower, sink and hairdryer are. The hairdryer is so old and dirty, it blows for 15 seconds and stops working. Shower cubicle is very small even for a petite woman like me. You'll have to be careful not to hit the tap. I can imagine it being a struggle for a tall man. They say toiletries is provided but there's only shower gel. No shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast is simple and good - bread (white and wholemeal), ham & tomato slices, fruits (apple and orange), tea (a small variety like mint), coffee, and cereals with milk. The location is in the city centre, very convenient to many places by foot such as Las Setas, Alcazar, Seville Cathedral, Museo de Bellas Artes, and Puente de Triana is around 15 mins walk away.
