The staff told me I was not welcomed to return to the hotel after staying 1 night a week while in town for 10 weeks in a row after staying in 2 room suite and the toilet was leaking, which I didn’t complain about or make them move me but I did inform them of it and I also travel with a service dog but on my last stay they told me I was not welcomed because the room smelled of urine and I reminded them of the toilet with a leak and then was told they also found dog kibble in the room, well yeah, I didn’t hide him, I signed the waiver that he was traveling with us. I objected of course because we love this property, or loved it, but then they placed blame on the corporate offices saying it was their choice to ban my service dog from their property and instead of fighting with them over ADA guidelines and discrimination and disability laws, I simply remembered that for every instance a hotel or restaurant denies service to a disabled guest and service dog, it costs them a minimum fine of $4000 for discrimination but usually much more to pay my lawyer, me, the courts and disability rights groups and after all that they still have to accommodate my dog and me at the property, but I’ve found a new nicer cleaner property just 2 exits down that I’ve enjoyed much more, it is much safer, not all the night scavengers roaming the parking lot or breaking into cars
