First when I arrived the lady in reception told me you booked a female room which nothing says female in my booking, I stayed 2 hours contacting Agoda but Agoda was not helping at all, ended up accepting to stay in mix 6 beds room which is not what I booked it s a downgrade it s a shame, also the room was hot AC not working even we talked to them many time nothing change we were sweating at night, location far from city on a hill
