24.10.09I went to the hotel and asked to see a room before booking. The staff member was so polite and kind and allowed me to look at a room. However I did not know the room that I saw is what they considered non-smoking. The room REEKED of cigarette smoke and it only got worse as the night progressed (I think my neighbors were chain smokers?). To the point where the smoke smell infiltrated all my clothes in my bag, and even my laptop. The stale smell of smoke is driving me nuts. Also, while I didnt visibly see any bugs, something was biting me and I couldnt sleep until 2 am and I had little welts all over me. I did not bother complaining bc as previous reviews mentioned they wont do anything about it as they do not really work off of repeat business but more so people who are living here on a monthly basis. If cigarette smoke and itchiness in bed do not bother you then booking here is a good idea as the location and staff are great.
