It is a very nice place in Hella city where we stayed for 1 night, our stop between Golden circle and waterfalls day. Nice facilities, warm, plenty of parking. However, problems with check in if you booked through Agoda you probably won’t receive any instructions and will need to call. When I called at 4 pm (not recommended before that), woman host was very irritated, claiming that everything is already send to you, but told me quickly room number and the door code luckily. Communication with customer is something for improvement

Never received the checkin information. Had to call to find out. Bathrooms are dirty and out of toilet paper. The unit to boil hot water in the kitchen is broken. The room have spiders crawling all over.

I booked two nights in this guesthouse with different room types. The first night guesthouse didn’t send me room number and PIN, I called the staff asking for it. I was asking her to send me the room number and PIN number to my phone. But she was very rude just repeat the PIN and room number on the phone, I can’t remember. Next day she didn’t send me PIN and room number for other room type and was blaming I didn’t download the Expedia. But I told her I book through Agoda! This staff is not willing to help guests check in. and The guesthouse also doesn’t provide hair dryer.
