Paula helped move us to the first floor but we did not received any information that the elevator was not working, it is a big deal for me as I can't walk properly due to osteoarthritis. We stayed for a week but the elevator was not fixed. I always booked with Marissal because of the location, the elevator that helped a lot with my movement, all the cleaning staff were great, the place is clean at all times, all towels, bedsheets, the rooms are cleaned daily. Paula helped us in all possible ways to make it better for me, she is very kind and helpful. The only negative was the elevator that was not working. Location and the price were great. I will still book with Marissal but I will check first about the elevator.

My son and I always stay in Hostal Marrisal because of the ease and comfort for moving around, they have elevator that supports my limited mobility. The room is always cleaned, towels everyday that smells so nice, how water all day long, rooms are modest but enough for a temporary stay. Staff are very helpful, if you are late and need to check in, the contact number is always active. Staying in Hostal Marissal is like a home away from home. there is also airconditioning, the view from the terrace is lovely as we can watch and listen to music playing in the balcon de europa while sitting in our terrace. Everything is excellent and comfortable. I will always use Hostal Marissal with their very fair price and lovely staff and comfy beds.

Right on the Balcones de Europa. You could NOT be more central. Room and common areas spotless. High quality no frills accommodation. Great shower. No reception as such and check in is done online. There are no other amenities but everything is so close there is no need.

Near beach and the balcony of Europe. Enjoy the morning time when there is not much tourists around
