The stairway carpet leading to the accommodation area was terribly stained. Our room was outdated and lacking character. The air conditioners filter was full of 2mm thick dust. I cleaned it because they sent someone up to clean it but it was still horrible and didn't look like anything was done to it. I cleaned the window seal that it sat in and around the appliance. Above this was an ill-fitting blind that didn't block out the light very well. The bed side table was badly stained and the drawer had what looked like blood droplets on the top and in the draw. Where the coffee cups sat on a tray was covered in dust. The tiles had mold on them and the ceramic base of toilet was grimy and dusty. The toilet brush holder was disgusting and

We had a one night stay and expected it to be as per advertised on Agoda. It was not. The room we had #25) overlooked the petrol station, although the sheets were clean and not stained, the rest of the room was!!! The carpet was sticky and disgusting. The toilet was stained due to age, the taps in sink were different types and very old. The furniture was appalling, with wood bits missing and chipboard visible where the veneer had peeled off and been removed. Reception was not manned when we arrived and again when we left in the morning, no one was available until 11am. We checked out at 8 am. The Restaurant and bar were good, staff there were helpful.
