Limani Port Lincoln

Amazing private view, large space, perfect facilities

Limani was a great place to stay while we explored Port Lincoln. The bed was exceptional and our little balcony overlooking the bay was really sweet.

Modern, clean, great view, great value

Rooms are lovely, very clean, spacious and have well-appointed kitchens. Nice over the bay. The obvious downside of the hotel is the lack of full time manager/reception staff onsite. We had an issue arise whereby we required a replacement key. We were told that reception would be there until a certain time, only to find they had left well before the stated time, so we had to liaise with a remote manager on the phone for over an hour who was trying to negotiate an App which wouldn’t do as it was supposed to. In the end, the remote staff were unable to sort the problem due to the App not being functional and therefore had to send security personnel o the motel to sort the issue - he was prompt & efficient., thankfully! Then we were asked to send photos of the error messages we received on the App, so that the hotel could send them to their software provider - which we did. Overall, a very frustrating experience & not how you want to be spending your time whilst on holidays! We emailed the hotel pointing out the inconvenience & that this had interfered with our plans for the evening & received a response which barely even addressed this.
