25.07.27I had an extremely disappointing experience during my recent stay at this hotel. Due to a last-minute flight rescheduling, I had to book an additional night and paid for it in advance. Unfortunately, this extra night turned out to be highly uncomfortable and frustrating.
The biggest issue was that the air-conditioning in my room was not working. When I raised the concern with the reception, I was informed that the breaker had been switched off and an electrician would fix it within five minutes. However, the AC remained non-functional for the entire five hours until I had to leave for the airport. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no urgency or accountability from the staff. It felt like they simply didn’t care about guest comfort. Consider it is hot and humid in July.
On a positive note, Ammara at the reception was polite and cooperative, which I genuinely appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of the service did not match that standard.
The shuttle service arranged by the hotel was another letdown. It was not only overpriced but also poorly managed. The vehicle provided was in bad condition, and the driver appeared unfamiliar with the airport route. What should have been a straightforward journey took 1 hour and 45 minutes, and to make matters worse, he went to the arrival area instead of departure area and than went back to it which took 20 more minutes.
Overall, this stay was far from what I expected, especially after paying in advance. I would not recommend this hotel unless they make serious improvements in both service and guest care.
