26.04.08We were transferred to Luxury apartments. We were anxious as first time traveller in new city coz it was last min change that they suggested. In my opinion such information must be shared prior to the arrival. Nevertheless the luxury apartment was top notch & dreamy. So we were happy.
26.03.20The accommodation was spotless no problem with cleanliness of bedroom and bathroom. Unfortunately the bathroom needed updating and repairs made the light over the sink was broken the shower head leaked the toilet cistern leaked in the bathroom and was causing damp in the bedroom. Unfortunately we were unable to access the accommodation when we arrived as there is no on site reception and no one answered the phone we had to contact Agoda customer services who were very helpful and managed to sort things out Sorry but for these reasons we are unable to recommend the accommodation
26.03.07Hotel is good and well located. It is close to everything. Highly recommended.
26.05.24Not a pleasant experience !!!
1. The toilet flush leaked water, made the toilet floor wet. It become highly uncomfortable to use the toilet on the first day. After complaing, it was fixed on the second day.
2. Did not received any messages, instructions or entry codes for the checking in. There was a huge communication gap. After reaching the place and contacted the owner via calling his number directly, he came and assisted in the checking in. Though waited half an hour outside of the entrance door cluelessly.
