26.03.16The staff was nice and pretty friendly, what I can say that I did not like at wall was regarding the wifi was really really bad, which I consider it is quiet unacceptable for a hotel of 4 stars.

25.10.11Very friendly reception upon arrival. Easy free parking in the streets to the side. The footbridge leading to the path, directly to the cathedral is just metres away. I've stayed numerous times in Salamanca and usually within the old town walls and thought I'd miss that, but the bridge is beautiful, and such a short distance that I didn't have the sensation they I was on the outside. The bed was very comfortable. The room smelled lovely and was the perfect temperature. And the water pressure in the shower was great. I'd definitely stay there again.

25.08.24The hotel was clean and tidy however the room is quite old and dated. We booked a double bed but the hotel could only provide us with two single beds. Agoda should not offer double beds if the hotel isn’t equipped according to our needs
