Nice location staff very friendly and helpful

Easily one of the worst hotels my husband and I have ever stayed in. The room had a very bad sewage problem and it absolutely stank. We politely complained multiple times and were told there was nothing they could do, not even change our room or offer any sort of compensation, even one member of staff who we had come up to our room to check it, agreed that the smell was not good. The only thing they did was send a cleaner up to clean the bathroom when we had first arrived, but we hadn't even used the bathroom at this point and it didn't fix the problem. We were told it was a problem with the whole hotel but had multiple friends staying at the same time who did not have the same problem with their rooms, and all of them agreed our room was disgusting. Appalling customer service, would avoid this place at all costs!

Ideally located if you prefer the Old Town area … I was concerned about noise, but being on a higher floor it wasn’t too bad. There were works which were noisy being done outside, but that is obviously not the hotels fault. The rooftop terrace is a nice place to have a drink and you get a lot of people visiting just to go up there. Breakfast choice was limited, which is understandable due to the size of the hotel, but not a problem as the choices were good, typical English breakfast was lovely, came with tea/coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice … maybe they could offer an omelette as an option. My only criticism, the rooms where not massive, but more than adequate for my 5 nights away and I will certainly look to book the hotel again and already have!

Price was very competitive, great location for the Old Town ... basic facilities, comfortable bed, good shower and decent breakfast included ...

Good rooms, great breakfast, lovely staff. Beds are OK and there is a bit of noise around but it is Benidorm Old Town in Tapas Alley after all. Queens is very good value for money and well recommended for those with realistic expectations of life.
