Centrally located between Hoi An's Old Town and Memories Land so very convenient. Run by very friendly daughter-mother duo. The place does not have an elevator so expect to haul your own luggage on the stairs. The room we got had a very good airflow with windows open (during the day) however the A/C was not cooling as it should (it turns on with very low air flow). We only stayed one night so we did not bother with it. The breakfast was amazing! Love the omelet.

The ladies running the place are so happy and helpful cannot do enough for you everyday smiling and laughing with us they speak good English and make great coffee the only thing that could be improved is wifi strength in the rooms perfect in the lobby but intermittent in the rooms apart from that everything was perfect and we will return

This homestay was an absolute gem. Just over the bridge from the old town, it’s an easy walk to all the sights, yet tucked away in a quiet area that feels wonderfully peaceful after a day of exploring. The room was spotless – honestly the cleanest guest room we’ve had in Vietnam – and maintained daily by the lovely mother-and-daughter team. Their hospitality is exceptional; nothing is too much trouble. They helped us arrange both motorbike rental and taxis, each cheaper than Grab, and even provided a kettle immediately when we asked. The room comes with a fridge, a comfortable bed, and plenty of hot water. Breakfast is available (we only discovered it on our last day), which is a nice extra. Overall, this homestay delivered in every way. Quiet, clean, welcoming, and perfectly located – we can’t recommend it enough.
